About the role
🍎 macOS experience is required
You should be comfortable working on macOS on a daily basis (user support, troubleshooting, basic setup). You don’t need to be an expert — but Macs should feel familiar.
We’re looking for a Junior IT Supporter to join an Apple-first environment in a creative company based in Copenhagen. This is an on-site role where you’ll be close to users, hardware, and day-to-day IT operations.
You don’t need to know everything from day one — curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn matter more than seniority. The role is ideal if you’re early in your IT career and want hands-on experience with real users, real setups, and real responsibility.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll help support and maintain a mixed environment with a strong Apple focus:
• macOS and Apple hardware (Apple-first setup)
• Google Workspace (core platform)
• Windows PCs
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft services and SaaS tools
• Basic networking, Wi-Fi, and office IT
• Day-to-day user support (on-site)
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is comfortable working independently
• Takes responsibility and follows up on tasks
• Enjoys helping users and solving practical problems
• Is open to learning and improving over time
• Communicates clearly and calmly
Initiative & ideas
In the IT team, we try to keep the distance from idea to action as short as possible. If you have an idea, spot an improvement, or see a better way of doing things, we’re open to discussing it — even early in the role.
