IT Supporter – On-site role (Copenhagen)

We’re looking for a self-driven IT supporter to join a creative, media-focused environment and take ownership of day-to-day IT operations.Apple-first · Google Workspace · On-site role# About the roleThis is a hands-on, on-site IT support role in a creative production environment.You’ll work closely with users, take ownership of daily IT operations, and help ensure that tools and systems support the work — not get in the way.The role requires independence, curiosity, and a pragmatic mindset. You’ll often work on your own, while collaborating closely with the internal team when needed.# Key responsibilities- Day-to-day IT support for on-site users
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting macOS and Windows environments (Apple-first)
- Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Active Directory and basic server-related tasks
- General network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Improving and documenting IT processes over time# What we’re looking for- Hands-on IT support experience in a small or medium-sized environment
- Strong macOS knowledge (Windows experience is a plus)
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Calm, pragmatic, and service-minded approach
- Clear communication with non-technical users# Nice to have- Experience from media or production environments
- Basic support or troubleshooting of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with large storage systems (NAS / SAN)
- Understanding of high-throughput or shared storage setups
- Experience with Parsec or similar remote access tools# Hiring process- We screen all incoming applications
